5. Data Storage and Retention

  • Audio files: deleted within 24 hours after processing
  • Transcripts and content data: retained as long as your account is active or until you request deletion
  • Analytics and logs: retained in aggregated or anonymized form for up to 2 years
  • All data stored on secure servers (e.g., AWS) with industry-standard safeguards

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
